1. What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns only if:
You received a wrong product
The item is damaged, leaked, or defective on arrival
2. What Cannot Be Returned?
Due to health & safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Opened or used products
Items with broken seals
Change of mind or dislike after use
Sale or discounted items
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Product must be in its original, unopened condition.
Returns without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Process
If your request qualifies:
We’ll offer an exchange for the same or similar item, based on availability.
If the item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or a refund.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a GLAASH error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If it’s a customer-side issue, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
