1. Where Do You Ship?

  • Nationwide delivery available across all cities in Pakistan
  • Shipped via trusted and reliable courier partners
  • Fast, secure, and trackable service

2. Processing/Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed on the next business day
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to ship
  • Delivery to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
  • Delivery to other cities and remote areas: 3–6 working days
  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, sale seasons, or courier issues
  • We’ll always keep you informed of any delivery updates

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 199 flat rate on all orders
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3,000
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and email
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link

5. What If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?

  • We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition
  • If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours
  • Make sure to include an unboxing video and photos for us to arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable

6. Missed Deliveries

  • If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will typically make a second attempt
  • If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us
  • Re-delivery will require payment of a new shipping fee
